Aedify Refund Policy

At Aedify Games, we stand by the quality of Capital Spaceship, and strive to provide a satisfying experience for all players. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    • To qualify for a refund, you must not have completed more than 9 levels of Capital Spaceship. If you have completed 10 or more levels, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

  2. Refund Process

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at learn@aedifygames.com with your refund request.

    • Eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Purchases made through third-party platforms or retailers may be subject to their own refund policies and procedures.

    • Any promotional items or free gifts received with your purchase must be returned in their original condition if a refund is granted.
