This policy is to inform you of how Aedify Inc ('we', 'Aedfiy') will collect, store, use and protect your data, in compliance with relevant laws in the USA (including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule, 'COPPA', and state regulations including New York Consolidated Laws, Education Law - EDN 2-d and similar) and the EU General Data Protection Regulations ('GDPR') and our desire to protect your privacy.
This policy applies to Capital Spaceship and related website(s) (the 'Service') located at https://aedifygames.com and its subdomains. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this document are defined in our Terms and Conditions document, which can be referenced on our website.
We will never sell or otherwise share any data you provide to us with third parties, except with the purpose of delivering the functionality of our Service to you, unless you give us your explicit consent.

Data you provide to us
To use most of the features of the Service, we require that you register an account where we collect a small amount of Personal Data in order to be able to operate the Service, including your email address, your name, and the player's email. You can optionally choose to supply a mobile / cellphone number.
Payment information such as credit card numbers
To make purchases, you may enter your credit card and related address details. These are sent solely to our payment processor (Stripe) and we do not store any of these details on our systems.

Data Storage and Security
At Aedify Games, we use Firebase, a secure cloud-based platform, to store and manage data related to our game, Capital Spaceship. This may include player progress, user preferences, and other game-related data to enhance your experience.

Firebase employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We only collect information necessary for the functionality of the game, and we do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to provide essential services for the game.

Data that is automatically collected
Persistent login information
Once you have registered and logged into the Service, a small amount of local data is stored in your browser including cookies, which are used to authenticate your usage of the Service and provide some security functionality. This data is only used for this purpose and is never shared with any third party.
Activity logging
Your activity while using the Service will result in information about your activity being stored in various log files on our servers. This may include your IP address, and the time and date of your usage of the service. This data may be shared with third-party analytics services providers.

Operating the Service
All of the data we collect is necessary for us to provide the Service to you and to communicate with you regarding the operation of the Service, and to tailor the Service to your needs.

We use the following subprocessors to perform certain functions:
Google Firebase, for data storage and user authentication.
Zapier, for automation of sign up emails.
Stripe, subscription payments.

We may update this Policy from time to time, and so you should review this document periodically. When we change the Policy, we will update the 'last modified' date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms in this Policy or any future Policy, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Service.
